The University of Michigan Museum of Natural History offers an array of educational programs and exhibitions. I was engaged by Lord Cultural Resources to design graphics for their featured, permanent exhibits.

It was a rewarding experience to be a part of this long-term and complex project that was five years in the making. It was a team made up of many talented graphic, industrial, and interactive designers, alongside interpretive planners, writers, and curators – all working together on this significant educational and research space.

Evolution: Life Through Time - A visual and curated journey through four billion years of life on Earth, where visitors learn how the first organisms changed our world and how evolution connects all living things.

Exploring Michigan - This exhibit celebrates Michigan’s rich geological formations, awe-inspiring prehistoric life forms, and diverse ecosystems. Life-size dioramas and bright visual reading rails highlight Michigan’s varied habitats and wildlife.

People and the Planet - An exhibit about Earth's resources, early civilizations, and the ingenuity of our prehistoric ancestors. Rich visuals and interactive moments encourage visitors to reflect upon their impact on this wondrous planet.
